Step One: In the Huebsch app, navigate to the gift icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. If you dispute or your bank does not honor the payment, your account will be put “On Hold” until the dispute investigation is completed. If Lavar Secar wins the dispute, you will incur an additional $25 charge that must be paid in order to remove “On Hold” from your account.

If you are experiencing the error "Unsupported Payment Gateway", here's what you should do: 1. Remove your laundry room from the "Locations" page by swiping left. 2. Tap "Add Location" on the top right of the Locations page and use the Location PIN associated with your building to re-add your laundry room. If you do not remember your Location PIN, look for the signage in your laundry room with the Location PIN.

We always want our customers to have a positive wash and dry experience at all our locations. If there is a machine issue, we will always work with our customers to resolve any concerns regarding transactions made on our machines. That being said, we are unable to process refunds on deposits made on the account– so once money is loaded onto your account, be sure to use it up!
